We require at least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of your booked appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointment fee. Any outstanding balances must be cleared before any future bookings can be made. We understand emergencies happen, if you need to cancel within 48 hours due to a genuine reason, please contact the concierge team directly - these situations are reviewed at the clinic’s discretion.

A £150 deposit is required for all paid appointments for both new and existing patients. Deposits can be made through our online booking portal or by contacting our concierge team directly, in which case we’ll send you a secure payment link. Deposits are deducted from your final balance on the day of treatment.



 If you’re feeling a little unsure of what treatment to choose, you can book a consultation with one of our team to talk through the options and arrange a treatment plan that suits you and your needs.

Our consultation fee for both Aesthetic Treatments and Treatment Packages with Dr. Karen is £150.00, consultation fee's are not redeemable against treatments. The full cost of a consultation must be paid at the time of booking. Consultation fees are redeemable only against the practitioner you consulted with. For example, if you see Dr. Karen, the consultation fee can only be redeemed against treatments with Dr. Karen.

Yes, your top-up is included in the price. Please note: top-ups must be booked within two weeks to avoid Botulinum Toxin resistance.
