Microneedling can be used for various skin and body concerns such as: Ageing skin, Fine Lines & Wrinkles, Acne Scarring, Hyperpigmentation, Enlarged Pores, Stretch Marks, Uneven Skin Tone & Texture, Sun Damage and Hair Loss.

Downtime can include redness and light peeling for 8 hours post treatment. For the first 48 hours, avoid excessive sun exposure, hot showers, saunas and strenuous exercise. For the 5-7 days after the treatment it is advised to avoid active/exfoliating products such as; Retinols and exfoliating acids.

Microneedling is not always suitable for all skin types, we require all clients to have a consultation with a member of the DR KD team, prior to treatment to determine suitability.

DR KD recommends 3-5 consecutive treatments spaced four weeks apart as a good starting point to help achieve the desired results.
